Add some support features

These will be needed for implementing tuples in the deluxe interface:

• typeAtPositionofToken() to tell TypeNumber encoded at a position of a Token;
• TypeListConcat to concatenate TypeList instances;
• seq_t to instantiate Seq template easily.
