Include execution policy in the invariant of DeluxeAgent and DeluxeSensor Ref T136

Any DeluxeAgent and DeluxeSensor must have a compatible DeluxeExecutionPolicy set, this is part of their invariants.
As DeluxeSensor did not have any invariant before, I added it in a similar fashion to DeluxeAgent.
