Separating the implementation from the System base-class because different implementations may be efficient for differenet subclasses; adjusting the System interface accordingly; a very simple implementation of the System interface is defined as SystemImpl, that is private to the core library, objects can be obtained via System; renaming the example simple to basic-system, and fixing it to work with the available System implementation.
