Make CSVIterator reading rows into tuples

Change CSVFlatIterator to CSVIterator that reads rows into tuples (without parameters on details CSV file format).
Adjust DeluxeContext::registerSensorValues() to deal with iterators of built-in types and std::tuple values, which contain one built-in type.
