Extending rosa/support/type_helper.hpp with facitlities to turn an integral type into its corresponding unsigned type; adding a new library called Agent to provide features used to define Agents; defining Module base-class in the Agent library, and adding simple initial implementations of Abstraction, History, and Confidence Modules; adding a new example, agent-modules, showcasing the usage of Modules in defining Agents.
