Prepare app sa-ews based on example deluxe-interface

Copy example deluxe-interface to apps with new name sa-ews1, change name throughout the cmake and source files;
add CommandGuide page for sa-ews1 and enable CommandGuide pages from the main documentation page;
do some small adjustments related to apps in documentation.
