Fixing build scripts to work with MSVC, including LLVM for Windows as an exernal toolset; modifying documentation to use LLVM for Windows as an external toolset for Visual Studio; removing instructions and remarks related to Clang/C2 module of Visual Studio from documentation as that toolset is not up-to-date enough to compile RoSA with; adjusting instructions on building RoSA with Makefiles on Linux to show the usage of more build options; fixing build scripts to be able to compile with Clang 4.0.0 and newer in the presence of mangled names that will change in C++17; adding a note about this issue to the documentation.
