Extending Build docs with the names of generated custom targets; refactoring clang-tidy integration in the CMake project to locate executable with find_package facilities; adding build target for formatting source files with clang-format, consider it experimental for the time being, extending Build docs accordingly, and adding an entry to the TODO list about it.
