SA-EWS2 - Confidence-Enhanced Early Warning Score Based on Fuzzy Logic

The application implements the case study from the paper:

The application takes its input from a multi-column CSV file and generates its output to a multi-column CSV file.
Input and output files are to be defined as command line arguments.
A full list of available arguments is printed to the `INFO` stream when `--help` is used.

Sample data is available in the `sample_data` subdirectory.
